Where's the evidence dude? Why didn't they convict him? Instead they released him as soon as the German gov't requested it. "Evidence" suggests there is a court proceeding. Terrorists are POWs. You don't NEED any evidence. Oh what do you care? I don't, at all. If a few of these crazies get jailed in error for five or ten years, I really could care less. It is bound to happen when your buddies attack the United States. Jail 'em first, ask questions later.
