Same old whine...tell me then, why didn't busH take action after the now famous PBD? What, on earth, does that have to do with ANYTHING? I assume you are referring to the PBD delivered early in August, 2001 -- one month before 9/11? A document that, boiled down to a single sentence, said, "There are terrorists in this country who want to attack us"? The idea is absurd -- that, somehow, Bush should have jumped up from his desk, run to the situation room, and started hurling missles at unknown targets after Clinton had sat on his ass for years with the exact same knowledge, is absurd.
