Amie Parnes reports from DNC headquarters that the Florida delegates seem likely to be seated in Denver, though there's no renewed prospect of a re-vote:

After meeting with Democratic members of the Florida delegation, Howard Dean told reporters that he is "absolutely committed to doing everything in our power to seat the delegation from Florida."

"Hotel rooms are reserved for the delegates from Florida," he said, referring to the national convention in Denver.

"We intend to work together," Dean said, adding that he discussed "a wide range of issues in the meeting."
"Florida has a very critical role to play."

Members of the Florida delegation called the meeting and Dean's statement "a breakthrough."

Karen Thurman, the chair of the Florida Democratic party added: "we're not looking behind us anymore. We're looking into the future."

"There will be no empty chairs," she added.

Its going to be hard for him to win those industrial states. He will have to replace those states with a few western states like CO and AZ for example. 90% chance he beats hillary. McCain/Obama is a toss up imho regardless what your vegaa gambling pals say.
