Google cut the DoubleClick crew. What more do you need to know about how hot things are in SV. Definitely not as bad as the rest of the country. Things look like steady-eddy in SV, not big up, but not big down.

Article in the Mer today said 1/5 home sales in Santa Clara country is a short-sale. Not all of those are in East SJ, either.

well that second one was a townhouse. All townhouses are getting clipped a little.

I guess MP is not in Santa Clara county then? The mercury news just published their median prices and its the same old story, the top zipcodes are up and everybody else down. My area up.
