Right. They put it in their little time machine and zapped it back.

It was originally an air defense system. Took the place of the Hawk. So it already was used to acquire, track and destroy high velocity targets. The upgrades gave the phase array higher resolution and upgraded the computer systems so it could do the same for missiles. There isn't all that much difference between a Scud and a F104 Starfighter when it comes to these tasks. To claim it would have never had that capability if not for SDI is, well, stupid.

You have to come up with some links. Just putting your wild claims into caps doesn't really make your argument stronger. It may wow them when you are out drinking with your buds(wow! He must be right! He is so emphatic!), but really...
