I already reported to this thread that people have not been paying their mortgage since last oct and their mortage holder have done nothing.
When will they start to do something?
The case i reported was a condo that they paid 325,000,
they now owe 279,000 and the condo next to theirs in on sale for 214,000 for 4 months without any interested lookers let alone buyers. Their bank has not bothered them. They do pay the condo fees as they live there and want the place to look good. lol
