It seems to be a bigger problem with sexually repressed people;for some reason these appear to be GOP more than DEM ; did you Google? I will try later or tomorrow.

It does seem to be a problem that has a pervasiveness among politicians though. I think what makes it such a spectacle among Republicans is that they continually run under the banner of being the moral party, when nothing could be further from the truth.

On tangential note, but still relevant, my greatest disillusionment with the Republican party that made me realize they had become full of shit was when I came to the conclusion that the Republicans were not patriotic. They run as patriots and accuse the Dems of not being patriots and yet this administration has sent 4,000 kids to their deaths in Iraq and increased our national debt by $5 trillion, and for what? To make Iraq a Democracy while our country falls apart at the seams right here at home. In the mean time, anyone associated with the Bush administration is now wealthy beyond their wildest dreams on the oil money. In addition, they have destroyed the prestige of this country, tortured human beings, and shredded the Constitution. They have raped this country and they should be imprisoned for treason.

I've been a lifelong Republican and still admire Reagan and Bush Sr., but I won't be voting Republican again until the neocons are purged from the Party.
