Privatization of Temex unlock money. Compare with statism of Pemex. It is better to have an oligarch making money than leaving the assets in the hands of the state to milk it to control the shirtless.

We are seeing an evoltuon of the state there. Similar like what we are seeing in Russia. Power rebalancing is everywhere and for everyone.
