After reading thru dkos live blog of the hearings today, I will be the first to ship my nephews overseas if ever a draft was instituted for this ongoing war..WITHOUT ONE IOTA of guilt or FEELING LESS PATRIOTIC...

These guys are fine having our kids[THE LESSER PEOPLE] come back maimed mentally and physically, commit suicide as a result of the barbaric war theatre? Having them killed in another country's civil war sanitized by our press corps?

And I'm supposed to pay for this war with my taxes and my precious loved ones?

Bullshit..

I can afford to safeguard them and I will...................

I don't recall Lyndon Johnson asking Americans to make any sacrifices. Although, he didn't start the Vietnam War, he sure escalated it.
