Bob Brinker brought up the donut hole and what happens when one earns 200,001. Folks who gross 200K are not as MM pointed out necessarily highest bracket folks but all of a sudden we are hitting them with 12.5 fica if self employed. Also concerning to me is raising rates to clinton rates without indexing wages for inflation, the end of the end of double taxation of dividends and the end of 15% cap gains rate which obama said probably would go to 25%... This is not pro growth for me.
