michael, you should replace foreign aid with domestic aid. We are a country of bleeding hearts that is bleeding our Treasury dry while we suffer right here at home. We might as well call ourselves the United Martyrs of America. How about we spend our money on solving our own problems for a few years? F__K the Iraqis. Let's spend that $250B per year on Americans.
