Do you read what you write? What exactly does "can shift to low end goods in a pinch", mean to you, if not "quick and easy to get other sources of production"? ...nevermind...I don't want to get into that debate; just answer the argument. You are saying the the shift can happen in a pinch and I am saying not a chance; it takes a lot of time to secure resources, build factories, train workers, establish the logistics, etc etc. Justify your point that, "The country that makes high end goods, can shift to low end goods in a pinch".
