Sure. The scores are based on chart reads of each stock or index. I look at 5 different basic technical characteristics for each chart, and assign a value of -1, 0 or +1, for each characteristic. Thus, each score will range from -5 to +5.

The particular stocks an indices are chosen to get a broad view of the market. The average score of all 12 is kind of a market barometer of sorts.
