Never before have we had Tax Cuts at the same time we were at WAR. Are you saying Bush couldn't have done anything about that? We're fighting TWO WARS right now and all Bush talks about is EXTENDING the current tax cuts. "Congress NOT the President that spends money" THAT'S total BS.. The President has a VETO pen and a BULLY PULPIT and the Congress can't escape either one. The totally unnecessary TAX CUTS (which McCain opposed) have a LOT to do with this "borrow and spend" crap we've been going through the last 7 years.
