Hollywood and the media have demonized Mormon polygamists, they are considered on the level of Nazis. Bill, Polygamy is about the forfeiture of human rights. Women are certainly different than us, but they don't deserve to be treated like chattel. Think about your mother or sister or daughter and put them in the position of being forced to marry someone they do not know. I understand your point about how it has been done since the dawn of man, etc. That doesn't mean it is right or good. It's wrong and ugly. While you say you don't defend it, you are giving the impression you do. I'd like to put all religious nuts behind bars personally.
