That would be a polite way to state it.

Libertarians are idealists with few, if any practical ideas. Private police forces and private judiciaries are not on the practical side of things. I know of no libertarian who actually advocates anything approaching government policies that will actually work. While the general ideas aren't too bad, all of the libertarians that I have read want to take things to ridiculous lengths. When they manage to get their ideals converted to actual policy, they fail.

Take Peru. The darling of the privatize Social Security group. While it initially seemed like a home run, things have changed. The only ones who are benefiting now are companies like CitiBank.
