Skeeter,

Does the Zone distinguish between "good carbs" and "bad carbs"?

Some of the reading I've done in the past made a distinction.

I'm a big pasta eater. At home I used to eat semolina pasta served a little on the soft side. Now I eat duram wheat pasta served a little on the hard side. I've read that it makes a huge difference in the way your body deals with the carbs.

I also used to put my sandwiches on processed white bread. Now I often use multi-grain or whole wheat bread.
