"Need? a boat?". Good for SV late comers for housing around
the bay. Hmm, 'offshore' just might have a newer meaning for
the bayarea companies. They need piers so their workers can
come to work and claim all their workers are treated with
ocean view housing. Are they more earthquake proof? Probably
not if Tsunami comes.
