Drug dealers seem quite intelligent not only in the states but world wide. Did you ever see: google.com They run huge drug cartels and if they fail they do not only go BK but go to jail or worse. Obviously they are very successful as in every nook and cranny of the world people can get what they want. It is High time to legalize and tax drugs rather then fight the human condition. In Panama Canal zone the Columbians use to trade all their $$ for Hard Goods and shipped the hard goods home not the dollars. Lets not talk guns and weapons.
