It was Dutch. If you read the comments below the video, many are very convincing that it was an elaborate hoax. One important note would be how steady the camera was during the attack. Another how the seemed ready and on cue for the rest of the team to run out and chase him. All in all it was filmed to much like a movie. Never missed a shot.

That language was Dutch. It was like a candid camera for a TV production. Unfortunately, they did not do a thorough research of that cab driver who had been in a psychiatric ward for several years. That lady explained the situation about the event. That "cop" was like Alan Fudge, but he was beaten by the taxi driver who probably had a very very short fuse. The "cop" died two weeks later in his sleep. The taxi driver was found "not guilty" by the court.

That was Laughter that went too far.
