I've been to China. If they don't address their emissions problem soon, it won't matter what we do here in the U.S.

Kenny boy can't read! Bush hasn't called fro such. He is just listening to a bunch of elite brainwashed dummies who leaked this as a trail ballon. He will likly ignore their recommendations based on how quickly the lead ballon sinks.
