No attack, no insult, just observation.

Perhaps in your worlds calling highly respected opinions "looney" is not name calling, is not attacking. Not so in mine. We argue with them, disagree, even vigorously, but publicly calling them looney is evidence of one's own defensiveness.

Memphis was jubilant after winning the NCAA.

Memphis lost to Kansas in the NCAA Finals.

Observations are, unfortunately, always in the eye of the observer, who cannot help but alter the outcome in some small way.

I would also submit that the dog owner who was "hysterical" after his dog was poisoned was probably wailing and crying nonstop. That's really a far cry from what Al Gore or most other people concerned about GW have done.
