Hi hawk and rich,

Seems to me that if the US can export more ag products at a higher price our exports soar.

This brings in greater wealth to the country and overall is a good thing that we can feed the world and make a better profit.

I suspect that middle eastern consumers pay more for gas or diesel that they did in the 80's.

Surely the trickle down of the greater export wealth is a positive through out the entire middle eastern economy.

As a country - we have enjoyed very cheap high quality food for decades.

We are spoile and see nothing but bad as we join the rest of the world - even if it briongs substantial prosperity to many of our industrial sectors.

We must look beyond our nose to see the opportunity at hand.

JMHO

Bob

The tarriffs on imported ethanol should come off yesterday - we are a free market economy and that is in contrast to our claim.
