BC, agreed. the strange thing is that the clear and obvious message of the bible is disregarded - care for others equal to yourself, while all sorts of minor issues become the basis for each of the thousands of organizations... church shouldn't be about making the church goer feel good, it should be about teaching people how to treat other people equal to themselves. one big problem there is that the church administrations like to control the money, so if the church goers are out feeding the poor and all, they get less in their own til.
