We won't agree on this. A construct of perpetual victimhood has been woven around Hillary whenever she doesn't achieve electoral success, and there is little else to be said in the face of that.

I'll let the voters and the delegates have the final say.

<<<Obama voters write, post, and spread as many baseless personal smears about Hillary as they can find. Obama voters build up Obama by tearing down Hillary. >>>

I don't know Obama. I don't have a feel for the kind of people he will bring into government and how Obama will use his advisors. I have always said I will vote for him and against anyone the reps put up. I just don't have enough respect for McCain's intellect. I can't trust where that is going to take us.

But Obama voters are causing me to rethink my position should he get the nomination. I am not the only one thinking this way. In fact, I have been hearing a lot of this, but I have been ignoring it.

Obama voters are only upset and fed up when Obama is smeared.<<

Kate -

I would just ask you not to generalize quite so much. I know there are some Obama voters who have smeared Hillary, but I don't think they represent the majority of Obama voters. I also don't think that Obama voters have nothing positive to say about their own candidate.

And I do get upset when the level of discourse is lowered, as it was on that recent debate, whether it is Hillary or Obama who is being made the butt of "gotcha" questions.

I think you hit the nail on the head with this Kate. I think the real issue with this is that it might cause McCain to get elected by getting Clinton supporters to sit on their hands, or even worse, vote for McCain. If they do another poll on this, it will be interesting to see the results.
