I agree, 21 pages under $100K sure seems cheap to me, and TX RE hasn't even taken it in the teeth like e.g. CA NV AZ FL

Needless to say, there are a few foreclosures in there -- thought this one was interesting --

Click on the little yellow streetview dude here and spin him around until you can see the house -- the listing says it needs TLC but the outside doesn't look so bad --

Do you by chance know how much hurricane insurance would be for that area? It's pretty much in harm's way
