John will be on the west coast of FLorida but the Houston market is perhaps the ultimate play on the themes of oil, energy and agriculture booming in a hyperinflationary future. It will be tempting to go over there and control a bunch of properties for a 2-4 year hold ahead of the coming hyperinflation wave early next decade.. A much shorter direct flight for me than Zeus<g>
