Absolutely.
Incidentally I've been selling puts on ITU, a great bank in your country. The puts expire in half a year and then I sell some more. A fine way of shorting the US dollar, not to say benefiting from Brazil's growth. As soon as I get the USD, i.e. the day after the puts are sold, I switch to a better currency.
