The cost of malpractice insurance is what drove a cousin of mine from his practice. He is a magna cum graduation of Yale and interned in Chicago. Very brilliant man and settled in Atlanta to practice.

He took early retirement like fifty as he could not longer tolerate the paper work and insurance costs... What a loss.
His wife was head of Emory School of Nursing and she followed him out.

I know what of you speak. It would mean sacrifices all around but particularly of law suits, lawyers, drug costs etc.
