<<why that money that was on the books seem to disappear suddenly>>

Actually the money was still there, Nosaj.

I think their claim on why they couldn't pay that 3 million would be this...the cash was in escrow for their obligation to pay off the 8 mil or so on the senior notes in August.Senior notes ahead of Hillside in pecking order in any given year.

I kinda doubt they know of a big score just about to occur...REALLY doubt it....but if Hillside and the senior note holders didn't believe - like many shareholders- in the longer term potential of the royalties....they wouldn't agree to this. They seem to have caught some ampex fever too. But as always, I do not know for sure.

It's weird but damn if I'm not tempted to buy ten thousand shares or so and put em away in the attic nook where some dreams still reside. If royalties got into the 300 million and up category, some serious cash would roll. SOMEBODY STOP ME! ; - )

If they were a public company the money would come much more rapidly, of course, in lightning share appreciation....but would anybody ever sell when a 1-57 run wasn't sufficient motivation before?

One question, Frank. The debt situation is real. Let's say you could derail this entire agreement, and put an entirely new management team and board in place. How would you instruct that group on how to handle matters? Specifically the debt.
