It's all a question of trust isn't it? Based on the current management team's past performance, I would trust a new management team representing the interest of the stockholders more. I'm assuming that the new management team will be more open and transparent about what they are doing to get this company going again, especially about restructuring the debt. There is just too much conflicts of interest with the current/past management team of Ampex and Hillside. The way that they went about structuring and declaring the Chapter 11 bk, do you (can we)really trust them? Who does the Chapter 11 bk protect? That is why only a criminal investigation by the SEC would clear the matter up. There has just been too much secrecy going on with this current part-time (?) management team.

Well, first of all, let's get some people with an IP background in management positions and on the board. Apparently we had one with Ned Goldstein, but he couldn't deal with Bramson's cronies and their ineptness. Anyway, I would present offers to IBM, Sony, HP, etc. to take on the debt for a 50% stake going forward. This kind of money is peanuts for these behemoths (which could most likely use some write offs against earnings) to possibly have a shot at some big money going forward. The spread sheets are off the charts, Hal, accordingly to some people who have done their homework.

I would start there and see if I have any takers.

Let's face it, the silver spoon bozo Bramson would never give up control of the country club. If they would've had some independent people on the board, we wouldn't be in this situation.
