I understand that there is a Jewish "court" system in major cities for the Orthodox. It's run on a private basis for domestic disputes and is voluntary. I'm sure Nadine can clue me in on this.

Probably something like this goes on in Detroit among the Pakistanis, and never shows it's head.

I suggest we stop it through immigration reform. Aliens should not enjoy Constitutional rights unless they become citizens. I see no requirement to let anybody become a citizen, just custom. Could be wrong, and willing to be corrected.
