hello seeker, report from america ... i just got off the skype phone with perfectly sensible (entreprenuer, rancher, pearl farmer, real estate speculator, lawyer, jack of all trades, call center operator, alcohol distiller, etc) and easy-going buddy of 20 years who operates 100k acre ranch in utah (yes, the ranch is sitting on top of light sweet and green crude under option to chevron wolverine) and he reports, "it is amazing ... there is no wheat anywhere ... even seed is hard to come by ... unbelievable ... everything is corn corn corn ... for burning ... subsidies amazing ... my water rights selling for much ... church encouraging increasing storage (hoarding) of food ... you should consider using your in-law's spare apartment to store perhaps 1 month's need of basic staple food ... welcome to camp on my land and the pearl farm (philippines) ..."

now i am scared, just think, it may be that gold will not be exchangable for food ;0/

must now consider just a bit of hoarding, because my family cannot have rja for breakfast

though am not certain i can put my hands on enough bottles of starbucks ice coffee and containers of hagen daaz ice cream

also, installing industrial heat exchangers on the external side of repulse bay apartment to deep freeze a part of the apartment may piss off the neighbors

China has specialised in manufacturing. India has specialised in service exports. Russia has specialised in energy. And Brazil has specialised in other commodities (iron ore, sugar, ethanol, soyabeans, beef, orange juice). All four have become world-beaters in their respective specialisations.

Only Elroy would pull the trigger to commit suicide I guess.
