YOu speak with no knowledge to back you up. And this is from someone who has concerns about israel over time. My greater fear is that the whole thing there will blow up in a way that leaves everyone the loser. Thats where its headed. I support carters efforts although defying your own country as a former president is quite a radical approach. If Hamas plays and doesnt attempt to go the hizbo rearmament route, a 10 year truce can lead to good things for both sides. all of this requires fatah participation for WB and backing by the entire west. Someone needs to verify besides just israel. UN can help and perhaps some MAS and/or a repectable euro country.
