Oh, unclewest. What an enormously horrible story, and at the same time, enormously heroic story. The bravery of those men just does defy words. Bless them and their families. With hindsight what would have made that story turn out right? More air power? More men per unit? More units? How do they get the intel that the Taliban has strengthened that much by now? And what do we do about it? Is it worth it being there? What happens if we aren't there?
