Dale in all fairness and I posted this previously. I heard a psychologist say that the mind tends to enhance stories in our
past in a way to make us feel better about ourselves.
It's a natural phenomenon.... I have tired it on myself and it's true.. We see things differently after a few years and Hillary wanted to enhance her image in this race which was
even more prejudicial to her mind doing this.

This information was on a PBS program on the BRAIN and how it can effect us, our perceptions, interpretations of events, our memory etc. It was scary to think of that piece of jelly in that skull of ours being responsible for so much. AND in addition the series explained how to better take care of it.

For example avoid heat injuries at all costs. I think it would behoove us to wear helmets in cars...

Then the other point about what happens to candidates who are getting very little sleep, eating poorly ( Hillary all ready looks heavier ) are in constant motion, being pressured by
the rigors of the campaign and having very little time alone for contemplation... or meditation.

I have this visual of advisers feeding information, do this, say that and I think ones judgment is slightly impaired in
the schedule that one has to keep so that in retrospect Hillary might not have said something she was advised to do but did it under the pressures of the moment.

Could any one of us do the necessary daily speaking, contending with the press etc.. with little sleep ?

John MCain on the other hand can relax and build up his resources and sound much more judicious . I wish the whole race would stop.

But I think we have to be more forgiving of the gaffs of the two major candidates right now.
