From what I can read between the lines, it sounds like this Judge who is dealing with the kids authorized the whole operation.

Is his court the highest in the land? I don't think so.

It's my understanding she authorized the warrant.

From what I've heard, she conducted group hearings instead of individual hearings involving each child. That is a problem. I'm surprised they haven't taken it to the Court of Appeals already.
