<<<That's not possible, Mary. The case was a very large deal. Here's the NYTimes on it.>>>

It is a big deal for those that were involved. For the terrorists that couldn't. But, it was tragic for the victims. Bill had to address it. It was one of the last things he had to do. There were passionate advocates on both sides. Any decision you make would anger the other side. That is why the president gets the big bucks to make those thankless decisions.

Now, could it be possible that Hillary with all the things on her plate at the time, that Susan Rosenberg and her plight were not high on her agenda? Is it possible?

If I put myself in Hillary's shoes, I would see things differently.

Interesting, John, I followed and looked closely at the Marc Rich pardon and don't remember anything about Susan Rosenberg or the other Weatherman pardons.

Somehow the whole things went past me.

At any rate, those pardons were Bill's. Not sure how much sense it makes to logically tar Hillary with them, unless some see her as lacking an independent mind.
