It would be nice to have the humor prevail and the political sensitivity stop. Occasionally I tell a Canadian Political joke but that is hardly a problem as Canadians realize that politicians are all blood sucking wood tics anyway.

I also want credit for coining the phrase "Obamanation" first used right here on SI by yours truly. (I see some others are now using it.) If he wins get used to it.

Meanwhile, South Africa has a really bad problem with the electrical grid failing. The official term for a power failure is "Load Shedding." Under no circumstances are you allowed to refer it it as a "Black Out."

The governing party, the ANC is very sensitive about such things. So much so that the school curriculum now refers to three types of electricity:

AC Alternating current. DC Direct current and ANC as Absolutely no Current!!!

And then there is the rising price of food. Mac Donalds, with over 18 billion burgers sold, is now going to have to raise prices as they will soon have to buy their second cow.
