You think Brazil was fun in the 90-s? Half-naked chicks on the
beach and such? -g-

There are only 2 ways out of this mess - allow it to pop or hyperinflation.

Here is a personal account of BK. We are moving in that
direction now ... As weird as it sounds, the end of Iraq
war could make stuff hit the fan faster.

I guess this means that after so many years of waiting for BK
you finally give up? -g- The Fed can't do jack chit about it -
BK will hit like a train out of nowhere, overwhelming the
Fed at some point. It almost did. A bit more manipulation,
then the mother of all BKs will arrive as the Fed falls.
Joking with the currency to blow bubbles is a dangerous
policy. Personally, I think the Fed can't reflate the
housing bubble again without pressing seriosly on the monetary
(not debt) pedal, so we are out of bubbles, game over.
If they do press on
it, we get a currency crisis, with a melt in the T-bond market
and the stock market.
