ROTFL Lets check the facts: President Bush allowed the rescuers to rescue rather than making them abandon their duties to guard him; is that what you perceive as incompetence? The democrat elected Governor of Louisiana refused to engage the National Guard until her incompetence was exposed for all to see; is that what you perceive as the incompetence of our President? The democrat elected Mayor of New Orleans refused to use local busses to evacuate citizens and generally performed totally incompetently; is that what you perceive as the incompetence of our President? The President responded quickly and provided aid and provided aid to rebuild and repair that was duplicative of the monies that New Orleans had squandered rather than invest in its levy system; is that what you perceive as the incompetence of our President?
