The Eisenhower Interstate Highway system is his greatest legacy.

he purpose of the Interstate Highway systems was more so a Bomber could land anywhere in the country if necessary. It did facilitate commerce but moving missles, evacuations and landing planes were the priority of the times.

They did do a great job and it is still growing. I still son't undertsand the Interstate Hwy in Hawaii :^D

It's pretty simple. Bush's appointments, Roberts and Alito, don't govern from the bench. They are excellent jurists. The only chance we have of appointing people like them is McCain.

The USSC is the final arbiter of what is and is not Constitutional under the Constitutional scheme which has been in place for over 200 years.... If the USSC decides it not unconstitutional, its not. Your statement is incorrect.
