>>My question: If he cannot take on his own pastor, how can he take on Osama and the AQ?<<

CSFO -

Do you think he should send Special Forces into the South Side to take Wright out?

That's a flip response, of course. What I mean to say is that I think very different skill sets are required in the two cases.

Hillary Clinton has been saved by the Rev Wright. I think the odds now are at least 50:50 for Hillary. I always thought it was the Clintons themselves who would do something to save the day for Hillary. I must admit - the emergence of the Wright is the "Black Swan" event of the election so far.

If this had happened in January it would be all over now and Hillary would be relaxing preparing for the fall election.

Wright seems bound and determined to make it all about him.

Gosh - an internal out of control swift boat. Who would have thunk it?

If he cannot take on his own pastor, how can he take on Osama and the AQ?

Chinu, Obama won my respect when he didn't throw Wright under the bus.
It is ludicrous to think he shares Wright's views privately. Of course the right wing is going to have a field day with it.

The deeper question is not about taking Wright on a la Osama or AQ = the deeper question is if Obama is the great unifier why couldn't he change Wright's views in the twenty years he sat in his church ?
