Interesting Max, and I was not aware of his contract situation. I don't know who his agent is, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was Rosenhaus.

Lito is a pro bowl player, but how many games has he missed due to injury? Durability issues definitely lower a players worth regardless of being a pro bowl player. I am just glad they kept him because like you said it is win-win. We will only have him for this next season, but he will play to his abilities knowing his next team and paycheck depend on it.

On an off note thanks for the video link you sent; I enjoyed it :)

My RYVNX trade is going the right direction, but I believe I will be short-lived in it. The fed has successfully resurrected the dip buyer and accomplished its mission...save the market at all costs. The vix is back to levels where there is absolutely no fear at all. While we are due for a correction from the large move off the lows I believe it will be a small one. We are back to the mantra of bad news is good news and good news is good news. Lessons learned from the past is when market has this mentality it wants up and will get there regardless of negative news surrounding it. I'm venting here, but I see nothing on the horizon but trouble ahead. Lol, maybe I am missing something...

Later friend,

Mike

Eagles sue T.O. for bonus money he hasn't paid Associated Press
Updated: April 29, 2008, 2:09 PM EST add this RSS blog email print PHILADELPHIA (AP) - The Philadelphia Eagles sued their former wide receiver Terrell Owens for bonus money he has not repaid the team.

The suit for nearly $770,000 was filed in U.S. District Court on Monday. Owens lost in arbitration earlier this year, a ruling calling him to repay $1.7 million in bonuses the team paid him when he played in Philadelphia in 2004 and '05.

Neither the team nor Owens' agent, Drew Rosenhaus, returned phone calls from The Associated Press seeking comment.

The Eagles suspended Owens for conduct detrimental to the team midway through 2005, a half-year one year after he helped them get to the Super Bowl. Owens lost $965,000 in salary from the final five games of 2005 after the team withheld game checks.

He was released after that season and the Eagles now are trying to get back the remaining sum: $769,117.

Owens subsequently signed with the Dallas Cowboys for $25 million over three years.

Max, I just read an article on Philly.com that covers the situation with Lito's contract very well. You did a great job explained it and I expect this may have been your source.
