"There is no documented case of Americans "torturing" anyone in modern times."

cnn.com

The head of the CIA admitted we'd tortured people by waterboarding. So, your statement, and Bush's "We don't torture" are both lies.

"What if we don't torture (we don't, haven't, and won't in the future)"

You are aware that we have prosecuted waterboarding as a war crime because it was torture?

Holy cow! You really must live under a rock if you think that the US doesn't torture. We have documented proof that the US has waterboarded our detainees and that is explicitly categorized as torture and is against international law. Bush even admitted that he knew of the debate by his cabinet to do this and he approved of the decisions made. We are torturers. Bush is a criminal.

What if we don't torture (we don't, haven't, and won't in the future) but we are viewed as torturers anyway?

Your boys did torture........there are no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
