It is so tempting to sell all longs and sit back.

Yes, it's tempting. I have been cutting down on long exposure - gradually. I think the odds are that we are still in a bear market. If we pull back and consolidate - and the sentiment turns bearish out of proportion to price action - then maybe it's worth trying for more long trades. For now, I'm placing stops - and we'll see what happens.
