Enjoyed our brief discussion.

Like all good brainstorming sessions, can be very fruitful.

I think Q can drive a wooden stake into NOK's vampiric little heart with 'specificity.'

The whole NOK argument bothered me, it's amorphous, nebuluous, somehow not right.

Specificity is the key to understanding what intuitively bothered me.

Nokia is simply negotiating through litigation. Unfortunately for NOK [and I know you disagree], Q has the resources to continue the fight to wherever it may lead. Nokia will be paying, someday. The longer it extends the time frame, the more expensive the ultimate pay off will be, in my estimation. As opponents go, Q is not to be trifled with, particularly after the salutary clean up of its legal department for which Q shareholders should thank BRCM.

Might be time to get back into Q, though I think the Summer will be dreadful for stock markets.
