Enjoyed, as ever.

I suspect this vampire has more than one heart so more than one stake may be required.

I'm not concerned whether Q wins or loses, I am concerned that it needs to win in a way that doesn't jeopardize its business model.

As it stands, although the market is hardly the place to have one's money, in the part of my portfolio exposed to the market, I am already back in Q, indirectly.

I am expecting a settlement to be the vehicle that unblocks the price here. And I suspect that wireless in general is continuing to attract consumer dollars, much like gasoline continues to be consumed.

Better to be in when the outcome is murky than after the issue is determined. The longer and more adversarial the dispute, the more dust gets thrown up and the more pressure on the stock price. The weighing machine of the market puts stronger weight on risk than it does on opportunity. I do not expect a strongly negative ruling, or I would be out. I do expect a settlement, and one could occur before the issue goes to trial this summer.
