Joking? If so, in poor taste (imo). I don't know what your deal is. You don't think people die in the streets? Look it up. Plenty of homeless people dying in the streets- on them, and in their cars. Leave the US, and even more people living and dying in the streets. I can't figure it out- does it bother you that I mention it? And if so, why? And just so you don't make the same mistake as Bob- I'm not trying to "destroy" you- I just don't find homeless people and their deaths very funny, if it's supposed to be a joke. If it's not supposed to be a joke I can't imagine why you conflated the two things. "Does that subsume people dying in the streets or are they separate charges?"
