in the 1960's during the Nehru era, after India lost a war with China, there was a slogan in india : "Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai". Translated into english it means "Indians and Chinese are brothers".

Well, this latest misile test - nuke capable - that can hit Beijing and Shangai from India, ought to raise concerns in China. Forget the brother part... Philadelphia is also known as the City of Brotherly Love - and see how many die there of gunshots...
